You have a cooling-off period of 14 working days from the date of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with its label and must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective items.

If the return conditions are still applicable, simply identify your order with your postcode and the number of your order, be careful to put the # in front of the order number. Then follow the instructions in order to print the label to stick on your return package. A fixed price of 7 euros will be deducted from your refund.

For more security, we advise you to make your returns with a tracking number.
In case the article is defective, you must contact us by sending us imperatively good quality photos of the articles and the damaged parts.
A prepaid packing slip will be sent to you along with the address to which the package should be returned. À reception of the parcel, and within a maximum of 15 working days, you will be reimbursed directly to your bank account or PayPal (depending on the payment method chosen when you placed your order).
For returns of faulty items from abroad, you must provide us with a RIB for the reimbursement of return costs.
As our commercial management software is directly linked to Paypal, please DO NOT open a dispute in case of return or cancellation.
Indeed this action prevents us from intervening on the management of the assets and thus on your refund.
You can follow your return on the site of the Post Office or the carrier you have chosen.
Once the package is received by our warehouses, your refund is processed within 15 working days.
For payments by credit card, the card will be re-credited within 48 hours at the latest (bank deadline). For payments by PayPal, the refund is made to the account you used. Finally, for orders paid by bank transfer, please send us your bank details.
If you have used loyalty points to pay for your purchase, in the event of a partial return of your order, we will reimburse you the actual price of the item. In the case of a full return of your order, we will refund the amount you paid and we will re-credit the loyalty points used.
An email confirming the processing of your return will also be sent to you.
It is not possible to make a direct exchange. If you want another colour, size or model and if the item is still available, you will have to place a new order on our site.
