Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours. Additional delays are those practiced by La Poste. Généralement, they do not exceed 5 days (for metropolitan France).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday leave on Monday.
Additional delays may occur in case of an error in the stock.
Attention, at certain periods (promotions, sales...) the processing time can be longer, between 3-4 working days, due to the large number of packages to prepare. En case of absence during home delivery, the package will be re-delivered or redirected to the nearest post office.
For delivery at a relay point, if your usual relay point is closed (holiday, etc.), the parcel will be automatically redirected to the nearest collection point. So please check regularly where your package is located with your tracking number.
You have the possibility to track your order with the tracking number on your account in the "My Orders" tab.
You can also be delivered to a Post Office or a Relay Point. Vous will be notified by email or SMS of the receipt of your package and will have 10 days to collect it. After this period, your package will be returned to us. In case you would like a reshipment, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Customs taxes are not applicable for orders to metropolitan France and the European Union.
However, as customs legislation is specific to each country, we advise you to contact the competent authorities in your country of delivery to find out about current regulations.
If your package is detained by customs, additional fees and taxes may apply, beyond our control and control. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you receive a damaged package, you must make reservations with your delivery man and make a claim with the Post Office.
All our parcels are sealed with a guarantee strip on which our contact details are printed. If this tape is damaged or the package has been re-taped, it means that it has been opened by third parties. All our parcels leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
As soon as your order is sent, an email confirming the shipment of your package and giving you your tracking number will be sent to you.

In the event of a problem with the delivery, please contact the delivery service of La Poste on 0825 878 888, with your tracking number communicated by email or which appears in your customer account.
We will inform you by email in case of additional delays due to an error in our stock. If we are unable to deliver the item ordered, we will proceed to a refund or an exchange according to your choice.

In any case, you will be notified by email of any changes to your package.
When validating your order, with your shipping address outside Europe, the prices will exclude VAT.
