Delivery methods
Your orders are shipped via Colissimo (France, overseas territories and international) or Mondial Relay (France and Belgium), directly to your home address or any other address provided at checkout.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday, generally within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery times in mainland France typically do not exceed 5 days after dispatch.
During peak periods (promotions, sales, clearance), processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days due to the volume of orders. Additional delays may also occur in the event of a stock discrepancy — you will be notified by email in such cases.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also find this number in your customer account under "My Orders".
For any delivery-related query, please contact La Poste on 36 31 with your tracking number.
Pick-up point and post office delivery
You will be notified by email or SMS when your parcel is available for collection. You have 10 days to collect it. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. In the event of a re-dispatch request, shipping costs will be charged to you.
If your usual pick-up point is closed, your parcel will automatically be redirected to the nearest available collection point. Please check your tracking regularly to know where your parcel is.
Customs duties
No customs duties apply to orders delivered within mainland France and the European Union.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs regulations vary by country. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities in your destination country. In the event of customs hold, any additional fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.
Damaged parcel
All our parcels leave our warehouse in perfect condition, sealed with a security tape bearing our details. If upon receipt you notice that this tape is damaged or that the parcel has been reopened, this indicates third-party interference during transit.
In this case, you must immediately raise a formal complaint with the delivery person at the time of handover and file a claim with La Poste.
Missing items or incomplete order
If you do not receive all your items, this may be due to a stock issue. You will be systematically notified by email of any changes to your order. A refund or exchange will be offered depending on your preference.
