CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in the Magneto store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

By subscribing, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you chose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time from your customer account, via the link included in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or upcoming product. Depending on the item, we may collect a partial deposit at the time of ordering and charge the remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible but you may request a full or partial refund by contacting us at contact@magneto-shop.com.

Try before you buy

When you order a try-before-you-buy item, your payment method is pre-authorised before the order is fulfilled. You have a set period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. If the item is not returned within this period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
