Welcome to Anatopik's online sales site www.anatopik.com.

The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale of the products offered for sale on www.anatopik.com (hereafter "the Site") by :

Article 1 - Purpose

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the sales of products offered on the Site. Their purpose is to define the terms and conditions of distance selling between PRIMAVERA (ANATOPIK brand) on the one hand, and any natural person who is not a trader and who is of legal age exclusively (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the Site on the other hand. Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Any condition to the contrary imposed by the Customer shall therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, not be opposable to PRIMAVERA, regardless of the time at which it may have been brought to its attention. The fact that PRIMAVERA does not avail itself at any given time of any of these general conditions of sale shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself of any of the said conditions at a later date. The present terms and conditions are written in French. In particular, they specify the various steps necessary for the Customer to place an order, the terms of payment and delivery.

We make every effort to ensure to the best of our ability the accuracy and updating of the information published on this Site, the content of which we reserve the right to correct at any time and without notice.

Article 2 - Products

The Products offered for sale by PRIMAVERA (Anatopik brand) are those appearing on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer.

PRIMAVERA shall make every effort to ensure that the photographic representation or illustrations of the Products on the Site are as faithful as possible to the products offered for sale. However, it is possible that the Customer's perception of the photographic representation of the Products may not correspond exactly to the Product itself. PRIMAVERA undertakes to deliver Products that comply with current regulations relating to the safety and health of persons in accordance with European provisions, and in particular with the legislation on chemical substances with a regulated content.

Article 3 - Prices

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros and are inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated or specified. Your order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. 
Toute contestation on this point will intervene within the framework of a possible "exchange/refund" as detailed below.
Nous we reserve the right to modify the prices and descriptions of the products in the event of an increase in charges, in particular the VAT rate, and in the event of a typographical error or obvious seizure.

Article 4 - Order and payment of products

4.1 Placing an order

The Customer materializes his order by completing the following 5 steps:

Step 1The Customer selects the chosen Products and adds them to his basket after having selected the desired size and colour.
The basket (pictogram located at the top right of the screen) informs the Customer that he has taken the selections into account by indicating the number of Products it contains.

Step 2 : the Customer checks the contents of his basket by clicking on the "basket" pictogram in order to access the summary of his order. At this stage, the order can still be modified (product, size, quantity).
The total amount of the order including VAT (excluding shipping costs) is then indicated in the summary. To finalize his order, the customer clicks on "Order".

Step Three: The Customer validates his basket in order to finalise his order by clicking on "Place order".
If the Customer has a "promotional code", he must enter it in the space provided for this purpose in order to benefit from it.

Step 4: If the Customer has already placed an order on the site, he has a customer account. He can then identify himself with his e-mail address and password. If this is not the case, the Customer enters his delivery and invoicing details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields; it being specified that unless otherwise specified by the Customer, the billing address will automatically be the same as the delivery address.

The Customer will be asked here to tick the box "I acknowledge having read and accepted without reservation the General Terms and Conditions of Sale".

Step 5: Entry of bank details The Customer shall then access the secure payment screen of PRIMAVERA's partner as specified in Article 5.4 below. Payment shall be made online by credit card, Paylib or Paypal, or by transfer. The Customer shall enter his credit card number, its date of validity and the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram on the back of his card. For the payment by PayPal, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website and will have to connect to his account. If the payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to a confirmation screen of

order on the Site.
In the event of failure to pay, the Customer will have up to 3 attempts to re-enter his bank details. After the 4th refusal, the Customer will be redirected on the Site to a screen indicating the refusal of payment.

4.2 - Confirmation of the order

PRIMAVERA (ANATOPIK brand) will immediately confirm the registration of his order by sending a confirmation message to the e-mail address that the Customer will have communicated when entering his full details when placing his order.

The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming this:

  • the registration of his order
  • details of the items ordered
  • personal data including delivery address
  • the Customer's bank card will be debited or the bank transaction via his Paypal account will be effective upon validation of the order
4.3 - Archiving the order

Order details are archived on a secure server hosted by the company VISIBLE WEB. However, no credit card number is kept. The Customer accepts that the order confirmation shall be considered as proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties.

Article 5 - Terms of payment

5.1 Payment by Credit Card

Payment shall be made in full, online by credit card on the day the order is placed by the Customer. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Bancocontact/Mistercash (Belgium), ELV (Germany).

The Customer's bank account corresponding to the card used for payment shall be debited after validation of the order by PRIMAVERA. The final validation of the order shall take place after validation of the payment.

The online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order will be worth proof of the completeness of your order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be worth exigibility of the sums engaged by the seizure of the articles appearing on the purchase order.

5.2 Payment by PayPal

When paying by PayPal, PRIMAVERA reserves the right to verify the validity of the PayPal account, that the balance is sufficient to cover the purchase amount and the validity of the buyer's billing address. PRIMAVERA reserves the right to refuse a purchase.

5.3 Payment by bank transfer

You have the possibility to pay your order by bank transfer. To do so, you just have to validate "bank transfer" when you choose the means of payment. You have 48 hours to make the transfer to the account of the company PRIMAVERA. After this time, your order will be automatically cancelled.

5.4 Payment by ANATOPIK Gift Card

You can choose to pay for all or part of your order placed on our site using Anatopik gift cards. To learn more about Anatopik gift cards and how to combine them with other payment methods, it's here.

5.5 Payment in 3 instalments by credit card

Payment in 3 installments by credit card is available from a minimum purchase amount of 150€. The validity date of the credit card must be at least 4 months after the date of purchase.

The cost of financing is 1.50% of the total amount of your order.

The credit is granted subject to acceptance by COFIDIS, SA with a Management Board and Supervisory Board with a capital of 67,500,000€. Registered office: Parc de la Haute Borne, 61 avenue Halley, 59866 VILLENEUVE D'ASCQ Cedex - R.C.S Lille Métropole n° 325 307 106 - Registered with the ORIAS under n° 07 023 493 (www.orias.fr). PRIMAVERA is a non-exclusive agent for COFIDIS in order to assist in the execution of the credit agreement, it does not have any power to grant or manage credit.

5.6 Payment Security

All purchases made on the Site by credit card are protected and secured by the secure payment partner MONETICO.

By clicking on the bank card of his choice, the Customer is directed to the 3-D SECURE secure payment site which incorporates the SSL security standard. During payment, the Customer indicates his card number, its validity date and the cryptogram on the back of his bank card.

These data are automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be checked to prevent abuse and fraud.

Depending on the Customer's bank, the Customer may be required to provide additional elements to prove the ownership of the bank card used for the transaction.

Article 6 - Delivery

6.1 Place of delivery

PRIMAVERA (Anatopik brand) delivers the articles on the site, within the limits of available stocks, and, except in exceptional cases, throughout the world (contact us if you have any doubt).

The order is delivered, subject to payment, (by So Colissimo in France and Colissimo for other countries and French overseas departments and territories) to the Customer's address or to any other address that the Customer will have mentioned when placing the order (Relais Colis, post office).

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, generally within 3 to 4 working days. Additional delays are those practiced by La Poste.
Generally, they do not exceed 5 days (for metropolitan France).
Attention, at certain periods (sales, sales...) processing times may be longer due to the large number of parcels to be processed.

If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery to his home: a calling card is left and the package is delivered or redirected to the nearest post office for 10 to 15 days (ask the Post Office).
In the event of a prolonged delay in delivery, this delay must be reported within a maximum of 30 days by e-mail to the following address: relationsclients@anatopik.com.
The postal services will be contacted in order to open an investigation.

Up to a value of 100€, packages are delivered against signature.

6.2 Delivery costs

Delivery costs are invoiced to the Customer, in addition to the price of the Products, unless otherwise stated or special conditions apply.
The amount of the delivery costs is indicated to the Customer when placing the order.
For Metropolitan France, a flat-rate charge of 7 euros is applied for all orders under 99 euros. Beyond this amount, delivery is free (except during sales or promotional periods). 4 euros in a Parcel Relay or Post Office and 3.50€ in a letter box for products whose total weight is less than 250g (SHOPPER, BADGES, MIRROR, MAGNET )
For the overseas regions, a flat rate of 15 euros will be charged.
For the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Littuania, Romania, Croatia, a fixed price of 9 euros for home delivery and 7 euros for Parcel Relay will be requested.
For the Maghreb countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia), a fixed price of 10 euros will be requested (order limited to 2kgs).
For the United States and Canada, a fixed price of 20 euros will be charged (order limited to 2kgs).
For Asia and the Middle East, a flat rate of 25 euros will be charged (order limited to 2kgs).

For any other destination, please send us an email at relationsclients@anatopik.com so that we can inform you as well as possible.

6.3 Conformity of the order

In case of non-conformity of the delivered product (missing products, damaged products, products not conforming to the order) the Customer has a period of 7 (seven)
working days following receipt of the order to return it. To do so, the Customer must send an email to relationsclients@anatopik.com with photos of the products, specifying the number of the order concerned. PRIMAVERAshall inform the Customer by return e-mail or telephone of the procedure to be followed.

Otherwise, if non-compliance is found, the Customer will receive a prepaid slip to resend the goods. The customer will have to fill in and put in his parcel the return slip available for downloading, in the page "My account", the tab "My orders" or provided in the parcel.

After this period, no claim will be accepted by PRIMAVERA.

Any returned item must not have been worn and must be returned complete, in perfect condition, with its label and in its original packaging.
It is up to the Customer to provide proof of return to the address given by PRIMAVERA.

PRIMAVERA will propose to the Customer :

    • either to be delivered of a product identical to the one ordered, within the limits of available stocks
    • either to be delivered of a product of equivalent quality and price, within the limits of available stocks, or
    • or to be reimbursed for the price of the product ordered. This refund shall be made within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt by PRIMAVERA of the returned item, by crediting the bank or Paypal account of the Customer that was used to pay for the order.

The cost of returning the product ordered and delivered to the Customer, as well as the possible delivery of another product shall be borne by PRIMAVERA.

It is imperative to request a prepaid colissimo voucher to return the defective or non-compliant item, to be deposited at the post office. No reimbursement of shipping costs will be made.

Article 7 - Right of retraction

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of his order to return the Products ordered, without justification or penalty.

For any return, the procedure below must be fully respected:

  • The Customer must contact Anatopik's sales department at relationsclients@anatopik.com to inform them of his desire to return all or part of his order.
  • The customer service department will indicate the procedure to follow to make this return.
  • The return costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
  • Refunds will be made within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days after receipt of the return.

If these conditions are not met, PRIMAVERA reserves the right not to accept the return.

Article 8 - Cancellation of orders

PRIMAVERA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order or for commercial or technical reasons (pricing error, error or out-of-stock condition etc...).

Article 9 - Protection of personal data

As personal information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices, the collection of this information in the context of distance selling is necessary.
This information is strictly confidential and is intended solely for PRIMAVERA and/or its service providers within the strict framework of the management of the Customer's order.

PRIMAVERA may disclose this information to legally authorised bodies and authorities in response to any injunction from the legal authorities or in order to defend its rights or those of its employees, customers or any other person.

In accordance with the law "Informatique et Liberté" of January 6, 1978, as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer benefits from a right of access, rectification, modification and deletion to the data concerning him.

The site is declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés - CNIL under the n° 1590114 V 0.

The Customer may exercise this right by sending a letter to the following address or by email, specifying his surname, first name, email and postal address :

The Customer can also change his personal details from his customer
area by logging in using his email address and password.

Article 10 - Disputes

The simple fact of ordering implies the pure and simple acceptance of these general conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.
En case of litigation, only the French courts will be competent.

The PRIMAVERA company shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, in the event of the occurrence of any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a change in the information made available.

on the Site and more generally for any damage, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, natures or consequences, caused as a result of anyone's access to the Site or the impossibility of accessing it, the use of the Site and/or the credit given to any information coming directly or indirectly from it.

PRIMAVERA shall not be liable for any consequential damages hereunder, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or expenses.
 PRIMAVERA reminds you that in application of article 1124 of the Civil Code, unemancipated minors are incapable of contracting. Consequently, orders intended for minors must be placed by parental authority. In case of accidental collection of nominative data relating to a minor, the parental authority has the capacity to oppose their conservation and/or transmission to third parties.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

The use of this website is for personal use only.
En in accordance with the laws governing property, all the elements of the site (elements, drawings, photographs, models, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of PRIMAVERA and benefit from both the protection of copyright and the protection conferred by the provisions relating to trademark law.

No licence, nor any other right, other than the consultation of the site, shall be granted.
Any total or partial reproduction of any of these elements, on any medium whatsoever and for any reason whatsoever, without the prior and express consent of PRIMAVERA is strictly prohibited.

The motifs of the Anatopik collections were imagined and created by illustrators for the Anatopik brand. 
La sale of clothing or any other product using these illustrations is therefore subject to copyright. 
La reproduction and commercialization of these motifs, as well as the use of the Anatopik brand name, are therefore strictly prohibited and liable to prosecution.

The Intellectual Property Code protects creations: According
to article L.335-2: "Any edition of writings, musical composition, drawing, painting or any other printed or engraved production in whole or in part, in defiance of the laws and regulations relating to the property of authors, is an infringement; and any infringement is an offence".
According to Article L.713-3: "The following are prohibited, unless authorized by the owner, if there is a likelihood of confusion in the mind of the public: (a) The reproduction, use or affixing of a mark, as well as the use of a reproduced mark, for goods or services similar to those designated in the registration; (b) The imitation of a mark and the use of an imitated mark, for goods or services identical or similar to those designated in the registration. ».

By placing an order, the customer undertakes not to create other items from Anatopik products with the aim of marketing them.

Article 12 - Modifications to the general terms and conditions of sale

The present conditions apply throughout the entire duration of the products and services offered for sale online by PRIMAVERA (Anatopik brand). Taking into account the possible evolutions of the Site, PRIMAVERA reserves the possibility of adapting or modifying at any time the present general conditions of sale. The new general terms and conditions of sale will, if necessary, be brought to the attention of the customer by online modification and will be applicable only to sales made after the modification.
